Re: Daily Check In May 19, 2019

Good morning. I was awake until around 4:30 AM. I had taken some medication yesterday that made me very sleepy and I slept for a couple of hours which must have taken the edge off of my sleeping needs. I did go back to bed around 4:30 AM and slept until a little after 8:00 AM. We have gray overcast ...

Alliesmama Teddi doesn't like carrots. My dogs love the "baby" carrots. I buy them when they are on sale. I've been feeding my invalid dog canned chicken. And kudos to him for doing it his way and as result did not incur any student loan debt whatsoever. He is 33 but has worked ...

Re: Daily Check In May 18, 2019

Clem, I have been AWOL from here a few days and just now read about your pup. Poor little guy. Sometimes little dogs think they are big enough to take on anything and get hurt like that. In addition to my regular job, I got assigned as team leader -- of a team of myself alone -- to look after a for...

Re: Sandi's 2019: Wow This Is A Challenge!

Oklahoma is consistently ranked somewhere in the 45-49th spots out of the 50 states when it comes to quality of education. Which is just weird, really, because it's not a 'poor' state. But spending per student is low. Don't mess with their football programs, though - those appear to be funded separ...
