Every one in my house drinks coffee, although one housemate goes out for it and never drinks homebrew. I take mine with creamer or milk, and sometimes(rarely) sugar. I will sometimes have an instant decaf with milk after noon, as I cannot sleep if I have caffeine after 12 pm.

I can get rid of more stuff and just keep the things I love, and I have enough room in my space, but a lot of junk is in my drawer and I don't really use any of it. So one of the days next week I will go through it ruthlessly and donate a lot just taking up space.
One step forward, two steps back. A familiar story for me. I did lose a couple of pounds but have to make sure I eat well. Haven't been doing that good for a bit this past while.
I am trying to watch what I eat, every day is different. I try to get out of the house most days. Since I take the bus, this involves walking. I have to wear my shoes with the orthotics in them, otherwise my foot hurts where I broke it.
