I do that too - almost always say yes if it's food. I can figure something out to cook with it. Other gardeners have also given me divides off their plants - herbs and "extra" plants when they bought too much. I have also gotten free fabric and yarn because I make it known that I sew and knit.

Last night's harvest was 1 2/3 lb green beans (washed and prepped for cooking) 3 more yellow squash 1/4 lb cherry tomatoes 2 green peppers Will cut and cook swiss chard this weekend. Hi Y'all. Tooth holding OK after dental work Thursday. Taking Tylenol just to avoid problems. Dinner tonight ham slice and stuffed peppers.
