2 cups frozen banana slices - I put them on a parchment lined cookie sheet to freeze)
1 cup frozen strawberries (can also use raspberries, blueberries, mixed berries, black cherries, peaches)
1/2to 3/4 cup “milk “ - I use almond but I think coconut or oat would work well. Or if you prefer a non vegan option, just use regular milk or heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
Whirl around in blender until smooth. You will need to push the unblended fruit to the bottom.
This melts faster than regular ice cream so enjoy right away
Around 4 generous servings
