Always searching/thinking of new ways to prepare old favorites so this is what I did tonight:
Pan Seared Pork Chops
I used a pack of 8, slightly more than 1/4" thick. With pastry brush, brush both sides with olive oil, season both sides (I used Lemon Pepper). Let your dry skillet get hot (pork chops should sizzle when placed). Sear on medium high for approximately five minutes on each side (I cooked a bit longer cause mine were still a tad icy in the middle) until both sides are nicely browned. Delicious! Moist and tender!
