Easy and Yummy Cookies

Post by 2dogs+someCats »

If you like to bake cookies that are easy to throw together and not overly sweet at all, these two recipes are great. I just tried both for the first time and they could not be easier to mix up - you literally just throw them together in your mixing bowl.

Note - in the chocolate recipe, I went with the version where you do NOT add any extras - but I bet it would be great using the other version.

What I like about the second recipe is that it contains no eggs. I am always on the lookout for recipes for baked goods that don't require eggs. I thought it was a little weird using the entire orange - peel and all - but it works.
