The last couple of days I have done well over the 10k steps. Today I am almost at 18k. Pretty proud of that accomplishment.

Still doing well over the 10k steps, except for one day a week, my kind of rest day I try to stay at 10k for the day.
Added back the stretches/yoga in the morning to try and limber up a bit.
Yesterday I actually jogged for a bit. That was a bit difficult as my legs started to hurt.

Upped the steps the past two weeks. I am trying for at least somewhere between 12K and 15K steps a day. So far there have only been a couple of days that I did not reach that.
