One of my nephews and his wife are visiting his mom this weekend. ''

He is in the service.

I was speaking to him a few months ago and he was very interested in some stuff of my father, his grandfather.

So I took 2 boxes down and returned home with ONLY ONE !!!

He took my fathers WWII navy uniform ! Among other things .

Yeah, stuff out of the house and to someone who wants it .

My decluttering so far this year is going pretty well. I am up to 552 items gone from my home. Many were given away to people who seemed to want them, others given to one of the two second hand stores here in my city.

I am hopeful that this number will go up as today and the end of the year approaches.

I am up to 565 items. I was hoping to hit a bit higher and there is still some time. I just get too busy doing other things to think about decluttering right now. If the item falls into my hands, well that is another story.

So this year's total is 606.

I hope next year to match this total.

This month saw us decluttering a bit more, once again.

January 2020 total was 21. Not a big number but at least a start.
