Looking back at my May projects:
Newly revised professional projects for 2018 May update
Thanks to inheritance I will be able to get more done, but by professionals, Here is my professional list:
1) a new driveway. Replace the shell with turfstone-done
2) repair wood on porch-waiting on dry weather to finish
3) paint house and repair stucco.-waiting on porch repairs
4) new impact resistant windows all around plus picture window-ordered. Deliver Aug
5) new kitchen floor matching rest of house-waiting.
1-3 are done. 5 is done. Waiting on the windows due in August. It will feel good to have those finished.

Re: Projects for 2018
Looking back at my January goal list:
Spring:
1) Get front door installed. - Done
2) order new front picture window. Probably summer before it gets in.- in August
3) Make rustic window swag bars and swags for bedrooms. waiting on windows
4) Paint porch-done
5) repair awning-
6) make window for south end of porch
Summer:
1) Plant more hedges along south fence
2) Organize tool room-half done
3) set up and use porch cooking area.
4) complete spring goals
I still need to repair the awning and make the window from spring.
fence hedges are a continuous project. Tool room is better organized.
