Oops missed an "e". Mind you he does use his car to transport them so a car package could be a term used. ;)

Plugging right along with using things up (did go grocery shopping today, so more things to use now). The last couple of days RM, pets and/or I have used/eaten:

Last part of the container of spring greens
Partial sweet onion
3 potatoes
The rest of the pasta sauce from last week that I put in the freezer
About ½ pkg. semolina flour (made homemade pasta to eat with the sauce)
1 container of cream gravy from freezer from earlier last week
½ roll breakfast sausage (added it to the cream gravy)
Used the container of broth and chicken from freezer to make chicken soup
Finished off the chicken, veggie, mushroom sauce concoction
Used the left-over rice in the chicken soup recipe
Finished a bottle of face wash (opened another one)
Used more cat litter to top off the litter boxes
4 eggs
Used the rest of the French bread made earlier in the week
The canned tea that RM likes
Used a large plus a regular tea bag to make tea (2 pitchers that hold a gallon- still have about ½ of one)
Used up the flour in the canister and opened another bag
4 to 5 ribs of celery
3 to 4 carrots

Hmmm… cannot think of anything else we might have used.

Let's see what have I used up in the last few days.

Used up some leftover ham from the freezer.

Used up the small piece of leftover steak for Hubby for lunch.

Used up the last of the ham casserole I made for lunch.

Used up another ball of yarn.

Hubby used up a bar of bath soap.

We've used up some bits and bobs from the freezer and the fridge ...

Sterilized my canning jars and lids in a pot of boiling water ... when it cooled off, I used the water for my plants on the front porch.

Also, I keep a container (actually a large yogurt container) at the sink for scraps, bits of trash. I use bread wrappers to line it (have a heat sealer, so I can make 2 bags from 1). When it gets full, or messy, the bag just goes in the garbage can.

DH ate the last of the cookies and the ice cream.
Some leftover pork loin chops went into Sunday's dinner dish ... which was served with leftover veggies from a couple of meals.

So use it ups for the last few days include

A couple of loaves of bread.

Hubby ate the leftover sausages, leftover steak and leftover chicken for his lunches during the week.

I ate the leftover ham/potato/mushroom soup combo for lunch one day.

Lots of the bits and bobs were used from the crisper, an onion, two green peppers, the remaining portion of cucumber.

Trying to use up the noodles that neither of us like (still have enough for one meal).

I have also used up 3 balls of yarn making ruffle scarves. I over bought and now I use the ones I make as hostess/birthday/Christmas gifts.
