Stash Use Up Challenge for 2021
Re: Stash Use Up Challenge for 2021
Used up another three balls of yarn (exact same as the three previous balls) on the second prayer shawl. I also pulled out a small bottle of hand lotion bought for me by one of the students many years ago. Slowly making my way through my candle stash (actually just lit the last one yesterday evening) and wax melt stash.

I used up another ball of that over purchased yarn. This time I am working hopefully on a small poncho or cocoon type sweater. We will see where this leads or what I have enough yarn to do.
I have also used up more of my 4" squares in making the quilt top.

Once more I can say I used up another ball of that yarn. Thank heavens that shawls use up so much.

I used up another rather large cake of self striping yarn in a prayer shawl. Hope to use up the remainder of the fuzzy yarn making another (hopefully done by the end of the month).

Well since I last posted I have used up another 3 balls of the fuzzy yarn (I am getting pretty tired of this yarn). I think the last ball will join the donation bag once I see how far this fourth ball extends the prayer shawl.

Re: Stash Use Up Challenge for 2021
Wow, it has been awhile since I added any of my stash use it ups.
Fuzzy yarn is no more, I have used up three of the partial balls of yarn on the new temperature blanket, pulled out some muslin for Hubby to use in the garden to cover the kale and kohlrabi. Hopefully that protects against those darn flea beetles.
Once the temperature blanket is complete I will be working on some cross stitch kits I purchased awhile back. Slowly but surely things are on a downward trend.
