Don't have to wear pink. How would you dress this up to make it semi formal or cocktail worthy. It's not chiffon, it's crinkly.

change out the belt to something stretchy cummerbund type thing with sparkles,
hair up or swept back, sparkly earrings and a statement necklace

Statement necklace. Something with large links right at collarbone level, nothing that hangs down. Something like

I'm partial to the 2nd link... because IMO the creamy color of the beads works better than a stark white would look.

I agree with a bold statement necklace. I would also have a sparkly, gauze type wrap for evening, or a cooler day.

I agree with what others have said. With the necklace, just be careful of the length to not interfere with the neckline. I would go more for a choker-type necklace. Also a black or sparkly clutch bag and gold or silver sandals (depending on jewelry).
