Update
Morning PT went very well. I do have some new exercises to add to the ones I am already doing. These are to build up strength though. So I have the flexibility ones and the strength ones 3X a day (well building to 3X a day on those strength ones).
Came home, ate lunch and headed back to the hospital to meet with the specialist. Four hours later I got home. Long day, with nothing much accomplished.
However I don't have to see the specialist for a month now, so things are looking up.
Off to get supper on the table.
