Oh, the SNOW!

I hope everyone who is getting buried under storm GIA is safe and warm at home!

We have about 8" I'm guessing, so far. The snow stopped for a couple hours this afternoon, but now it's picking up..............bigger flakes and a bit of wind. They say we might have as much as 12", and we're under a warning until Sunday 6am, so we'll see.

But I love being snowed in! Especially now that I'm not working. I have plenty of food and everything to last a couple weeks or more! lol

The neighbor's 20-something grandson kindly shoveled my porch and sidewalk. My car is buried but I don't care. My midweek we'll warm up enough so the snow will slide off and melt. I wouldn't be able to get out of my driveway, anyway LOL

I'm off to take a nap! It's especially cozy to nap, knowing no family is going to barge into my house, because right now they can't get out of theirs! lol
