working on purging

Yes, I have all new summer tops and shorts, so why is hard even for me to let things go?

Sometimes I feel I should sell the items online or have a yard sale.

I'll just give them away - simplest thing to do.

Have a great day.

Have crockpot chicken and dressing cooking away. Love that stuff.

Good afternoon all,

Processed a huge amount of rhubarb this morning, and also got my running in. Spent over an hour watering garden and pulling weeds. Feeling a bit cranky and tired of being everyone's skivvy. Should make it a "fend for yourself" dinner. Certainly lots of food available.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be in a better mood. Weather is beautiful here so can't blame it on that. Janet I hope you're feeling better!

Hallelujah, the fence at mom’s house is done. I really didn’t think they’d be there today because I couldn’t get a call back confirmation. But I decided to go over there in the early morning and got a call when I was almost there. It’s been 3 1/2 months and when I got the estimate he said they were one month behind. I’ve been kicking myself for being so patient but now I’m so glad it is done.

It is blazing hot today. After the fence people took away the old fence and before they put up the new I pulled a lot more vines in the area of the back neighbor’s yard I couldn’t get to before. Not perfect with the vines but I don’t have to look at them now and maybe they won’t start climbing on the new fence for awhile.

After they left I put out the big can plus two bags for tomorrow’s trash pickup. Then treated myself to a McDonalds salad and now I’ll do a few things around my house. I didn’t even make my bed this morning which is unusual for me.

I’ll enjoy another episode of The Americans tonight.

Have a good evening.

Clem,
If it's lisinipril you're taking for BP, that can cause an annoying cough.
They can replace it with another med,I've had 2 friends that both found the cough annoying enough to change.
I've been taking it for 8 years and have never had the cough but mine is only 2.5 mg.

I just had to look it up as I'm used to the word "skivvies" for underwear.

The first definition was 'female domestic servant.'

The second definition was worse.

Third was a close-fitting long sleeved t-shirt with a rolled collar.

I'll take number 1 for the win.
