Just got back from my appointment. No more x-rays and no more visits to the bone specialist. Everything is healing nicely and all I need to do is my exercises for the next 6 months or so. Yea me.
Off to finish off the housework and then watch Poldark and do my weight exercises for my wrist.

The pile in my living room is growing. Tonight it will be transferred to my vehicle (and the contents of my vehicle will be transferred to my apartment). I was given 2 wardrobe boxes and another friend is going to save boxes for me. She works at Macy's stocking women's intimate apparel. Free is good.
I have breakfast, lunch and snacks packed for work.
Have a great day,
Maggie

Hello Friends,
I'm soo thankful this day is almost over!! Too many sleepless nights with one good night of sleep -- I'm still tired.
I had Mandatory School District substitute training to attend today, there was 87 people there for the training -- it was very similar to the online written training I did last year, but a little more in-depth.
I met dh after my training was over -- he bought me a new clothes-dryer!! Perhaps he's tired of having to wait a week for his laundry to be done. I do plan to still use my drying racks; I can dry 2x as many clothes. I'm going to try it out tomorrow.
My neighbor gave us 1/2 wheelbarrow-load of corn this evening -- looks like I'll be canning or freezing corn tomorrow.
I talked to my bank today about refunding overdraft fees today -- they did six for me!! A mystery one, and others back when I had thought my primary savings was linked to my checking account (nope, not until today).

Re: Daily Check in Aug 14, 2018
Had a restful afternoon.
Took a long shower after working in the yard. Went to mass. We like going during the week. I feel like my mom - she went every day, so did her mom.
The COD had to mow the side yard with the regular mower. The rider is having issues. I remember the days he refused to use the rider after I bought it. He thought it was too easy. Those days are over.
But the yard looks so much nice after it is done with the regular mower - its just too big for us old folks.
He did a good job,
Have a good evening all

There are boxes made to hold clothing on hangers. These are not really wardrobe boxes though.gaylejackson2 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 9:43 pmMaggie, mbrudnic wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 5:57 am Good Morning friends,
